At LIVIBEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Items
Most products are eligible for return, including:
- Unopened supplements and products
- Items in original packaging
- Products with all original tags and labels
- Items that have not been used or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at returns@livibel.com or through our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please include the RA number with your return.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include:
- The original packing slip or order confirmation
- The Return Authorization number
- A brief note explaining the reason for return
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship the return to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.
Return Shipping
Standard Returns
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Original shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

Refund Notification

Exchanges
Product Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Exchange Shipping
Standard shipping charges apply for exchange orders. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
Gifts
Returning a Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Gift Returns
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable. Please ensure you comply with your country's import/export regulations when returning items.
