Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how LIVIBEL SIA processes and delivers orders placed at livibel.lv.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on non-business days are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:

Parcel locker (Omniva, DPD Pickup, LP Express) — delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch;
Courier to door — delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Exact delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Latvia. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us at info@livibel.com before placing your order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination selected. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed in the store.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the relevant carrier.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@livibel.com as soon as possible. Please retain all original packaging, as it may be required for any carrier claim.

7. Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is not collected from a parcel locker within the holding period, it will be returned to us. Redelivery costs in such cases are borne by the customer.
