Refund policy

LIVIBEL SIA is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy sets out the conditions and procedure for returning products and receiving a refund, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Consumer Rights Law of the Republic of Latvia.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing in our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period by emailing info@livibel.com with your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused and in its original condition;
  • be in its original, undamaged packaging;
  • include all original accessories and documentation;
  • not be a product excluded from the right of withdrawal (see section 5).

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us — email info@livibel.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  2. Receive instructions — we will reply within 3 business days with return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the goods — send the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
  4. Refund issued — once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are refunded only if the entire order is returned and the return is due to our error (defective or incorrectly sent product).

5. Exceptions — Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Rights Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products that have been opened and whose seal has been broken, where return is not possible for hygiene or health protection reasons;
  • products that have been used or whose packaging has been damaged in a way that prevents resale.

Dietary supplement products (capsules, powders, tablets) that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

6. Defective or Incorrectly Sent Products

If you receive a defective or incorrectly sent product, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@livibel.com. In such cases:

  • we will cover all return shipping costs;
  • you may choose between a replacement product or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
